By submitting your order or participating in a hat bar experience, you acknowledge that your hat will be artistically interpreted based on your preferences and that minor variations are expected.

3. Payments & Deposits
All prices are listed in USD.
Deposits made for hat bar events or custom orders are non-refundable and secure your spot or materials.
Remaining balances (if applicable) are due the day of the event or prior to shipment.
We accept payments through trusted platforms such as Square, and other secure payment processors.

4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our hats and experiences, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a design has begun or an order has been placed.
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Event Policies
Reservation fees are non-refundable but may be transferable to another event if you notify us at least 48 hours prior.
Arriving late may result in forfeited time or cancellation without refund.
The Hat Bar reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, emergencies, or low attendance. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled date or credit.

Because each hat is custom-made and uniquely designed, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any Hat Bar creations or custom orders.

Once your order has been placed or your in-person design session begins, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
In the rare event your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist.
